Too Lost is a music and technology company, providing SaaS solutions for independent music rights holders. Our distribution and publishing services deliver, monetize and protect songs across the globe for over 450,000+ musicians, record labels, studios, brands, investors, and platforms.

The Role

The Junior Digital Marketing Manager at Too Lost plans, coordinates, and executes digital marketing initiatives across our priority artists and releases. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s spent 4 years in digital marketing and is ready to own pieces of campaigns independently.

Based out of our Los Angeles or New York office, this role will report directly to Too Lost’s Digital Marketing Manager and work on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day work from home).

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Build and manage Meta/TikTok/Google ad campaigns for artist releases — targeting, budgets, creative rotation, and reporting

    • Support release planning: timelines, asset tracking, and coordination across A&R, creative, and the artist's team

    • Monitor campaign performance and pull weekly/monthly reporting for internal and artist-facing recaps

    • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators for artist campaigns - outreach, content briefs, usage rights, and payment tracking

    • Research trends, platforms, and creator opportunities relevant to the roster

    • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager on larger campaign strategy and budget planning.

    • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

    • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Label Services and/or Digital Strategy

    • Strong familiarity with ad platform backends (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and comfortable navigating campaign setup, targeting, and reporting without needing supervision.

    • Familiarity with music analytics/streaming platforms (Spotify for Artists, Chartmetric, Soundcharts, or similar)

    • Familiarity with DSP tools (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists) and playlist pitching processes

    • Strong written communication - you can talk to an artist's manager and a curator in the same day and sound like yourself in both

    • Organized and deadline-driven comfortable managing multiple artist campaigns at once

    • A genuine pulse on music culture and platform trends (not just "what's trending" — where things are headed)
