About the Role

ZWILLING is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance & Growth to support the growth and optimization of its direct-to-consumer businesses across Zwilling.com, Staub.com, and Henckels.com. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role partners across performance marketing, ecommerce, reporting, agency management, and campaign execution.

The Digital Marketing Specialist partners closely with ecommerce, creative teams, CRM, leadership, agencies, and global headquarters teams. Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional collaboration, effective project coordination, and the ability to bring stakeholders together around priorities, paid campaign execution, and performance insights. A hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office supports stronger working relationships and more effective collaboration across the business.

Responsibilities: 

Performance Marketing & Agency Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day operational partner to paid media agencies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, and emerging digital channels.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, product priorities, creative refreshes, and asset readiness across brands.
  • Help to refine paid creative to increase brand perception and performance.
  • Support optimization initiatives through testing plans, performance reviews, and documentation of key learnings.
  • Develop understanding of attribution, customer acquisition, and channel performance drivers.
  • Help strengthen agency effectiveness through communication, process improvement, and accountability.

Reporting, Analytics & Measurement

  • Own recurring performance reporting across Zwilling, Staub, and Henckels.
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and acquisition performance.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews, campaign wrap-ups, leadership reporting, and attribution analysis.

Ecommerce, Creative & Growth Initiatives

  • Partner with Ecommerce teams on campaign effectiveness, landing pages, merchandising strategies, and conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate assets, creative briefs, and deliverables across agencies, HQ teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with content creators and brand teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with channel requirements.
  • Manage workflows, timelines, approvals, and campaign organization using Jira.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and growth initiatives across all three brands.

Product Feed & Technical Marketing Support

  • Support management and optimization of product feeds across marketing platforms.
  • Coordinate feed updates, data quality reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with tracking, tagging, links, and marketing technology implementations.
Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year contingent upon experience. Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of digital marketing, ecommerce, performance marketing, analytics, or agency experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience with paid media, ecommerce, or affiliate marketing
  • Experience with premium consumer or lifestyle brands preferred.
