We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Vice President, Token Authentication Solutions to lead the development and deployment of Mastercard's suite of authentication methods enabled on tokenized transactions, such as payment passkeys and enhanced data sharing.
This leader will be responsible for managing the token authentication framework and enhancing the token authentication service that allows merchants to access secure and seamless token authentication solutions. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of product strategy, product development, issuer and merchant partnerships, standardization and integration of emerging authentication technologies such as Digital Payment Credentials.

Key Responsibilities• Lead the definition and execution of token authentication solutions, including business cases, investment priorities, product roadmap, and executive stakeholder alignment. • Prioritize and scale authentication solutions such as payment passkeys, enhanced data sharing, Digital Payment Credentials, and emerging authentication methods across tokenized transactions, including card-on-file, guest checkout, and agentic commerce.• Lead the evolution of the token authentication framework, B2B services for acceptance partners and issuers to enable the token authentication solutions, and B2C passkey service.• Partner across product, engineering, regional, commercial, legal, and operations teams to translate strategy into requirements, analyze new use cases, develop scalable solutions, enable market adoption, and support global acceptance partners and issuers implementing our products.• Represent Mastercard externally with customers, partners, industry bodies, and standards organizations such as FIDO and W3C.• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product organization with strong ownership, customer focus, technical fluency, disciplined execution, and inclusive collaboration.
