Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Client Investment Manager to lead day-to-day media strategy, execution, and performance management for a leading entertainment client. This role is responsible for driving results across web display and mobile app acquisition campaigns, serving as the key link between strategic planning, campaign activation, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, data-driven decision making, and client-facing communication skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior talent in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day media strategy, execution, and optimization across web display and mobile app acquisition campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign trafficking, ad serving setup, tracking implementation, taxonomy governance, and QA processes to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
  • Manage campaign pacing, performance, and budget allocation to achieve client KPIs, including installs, trials, subscriptions, and CPA goals.
  • Monitor delivery and proactively troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and measurement issues across internal teams, platforms, and partners.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations across audience targeting, channel strategy, creative performance, and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Planning, Analytics, Creative, and Ad Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and drive business results.
  • Manage relationships with publishers and media vendors, including negotiations, added-value opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead performance reporting and analytics, translating campaign results into actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and client-facing updates.
  • Design and execute structured test-and-learn initiatives, including audience, creative, and measurement testing to improve future campaign performance.
  • Oversee attribution and measurement frameworks, including mobile measurement partners (MMPs), CDPs, SDK/pixel integrations, and Conversions API (CAPI).
  • Mentor and coach one junior team member, providing guidance on campaign execution, reporting, quality assurance, and professional development.
  • Establish clear operational standards and ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness expectations.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • 3+ years of media investment, buying, or campaign management experience within an agency environment.
  • Experience managing performance focused media campaigns, digital display, or mobile app install and acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, and mobile app ecosystem dynamics.
  • Familiarity with privacy and measurement frameworks, including ATT, SKAN, deep linking, and mobile attribution methodologies.
  • Experience with ad serving and trafficking platforms, including CM360/DCM, tracking implementation, taxonomy management, and QA processes.
  • Working knowledge of media planning and buying tools such as Prisma; experience with Kochava, Airtable, or Wrike is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting recommendations and results to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
