Job Description
Join JPMorgan Chase's Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and keeping employees informed and engaged. Be part of a dynamic team that leverages innovative communication channels to connect with our global workforce.
As the Digital Signage Program Manager, you will oversee the content strategy and operations of our expansive digital signage network, including over 1,800 screens worldwide. Your work will enhance user experiences and create immersive moments at our new global headquarters, 270 Park Avenue. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and relevant information that informs and engages employees and guests.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the content strategy for the digital signage program at the new headquarters.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of new content and campaigns for 270 Park.
  • Provide support and training to digital signage stakeholders at the headquarters.
  • Partner with content strategy and technology stakeholders across Midtown.
  • Manage live broadcasts and activations in the new headquarters.
  • Maintain an archive of all published signage and corresponding approvals.
  • Attain proficiency in the Korbyt content management system and the DS Author tool.
  • Provide support for the global digital signage program beyond 270 Park.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and copy editing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and address issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic design skills and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop.
  • Strong project management skills with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography, and color usage.
