Lead syndication strategy, structuring, negotiation, and execution for club and syndicated loan transactions. Build and maintain investor and bank relationships, analyze deal terms and market appetite, coordinate due diligence and closings with internal teams, prepare senior-level presentations, monitor portfolio performance, and provide market intelligence. Manage and mentor deal teams to deliver transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead syndication strategy, structuring, negotiation and execution for club and syndicated transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, and other financial partners.
- Analyze deal terms, market trends, and investor appetite to optimize syndication outcomes. Educate prospects, clients and internal partners on same.
- Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and closing processes with legal, credit, portfolio, operations, and underwriting teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients regarding syndication opportunities and results, market conditions, and investor themes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing market intelligence to inform future syndication strategies.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Established network within the broader investor and banking communities.

- Master of Business Administration.
