  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Develop trusted relationships with senior performance marketing and digital media leaders, including C-suite and executive-level decision-makers.

  • Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.

  • Conduct deep client and market research to develop strategic account plans, customized messaging, and compelling pitches.

  • Navigate complex advertiser organizations to identify key decision-makers, influencers, champions, and paths to budget.

  • Understand advertiser business objectives, marketing strategies, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to develop tailored solutions that drive performance and ROAS.

  • Build compelling, data-driven business cases that demonstrate the value of partnering with adMarketplace.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Ad Success, Product, and Analytics to develop differentiated solutions and support successful advertiser partnerships.

  • Represent adMarketplace at industry events, conferences, and executive client engagements to build relationships and generate new business.

Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years as a top performer in digital media, AdTech, performance media, or enterprise sales.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and securing multi-million-dollar partnerships with Fortune 500 advertisers.

  • Experience solution selling to senior and executive-level stakeholders across performance marketing, digital media, analytics, and related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and long enterprise sales cycles.

  • Strong professional network with the ability to leverage existing relationships while creating new opportunities within strategic accounts.

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, advertiser buying dynamics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.

  • Strong discovery, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

  • Strategic, consultative, and analytical seller with the ability to translate advertiser business goals into compelling media solutions.

  • Strong data-driven storytelling skills with the ability to build persuasive business cases and differentiate adMarketplace in competitive sales processes.
