Director - AMRS Equities Electronic Trading (Sales Trader), New York

Electronic Equity Sales Trading

  • Senior electronic equities sales trading role focused on quantitative and systematic clients across the Americas
  • Primary coverage for ~40 accounts; responsible for order handling, proactive coverage, and relationship management
  • Act as key day-to-day client contact; build and maintain senior-level trader relationships
  • Partner with product, quant, and data teams to translate client feedback into enhancements to the algorithmic offering
  • Drive client engagement through performance analysis, market structure expertise, and tailored discussions to grow the electronic franchise

Role Overview

Electronic Trading combines sales and trading with advanced analytics and product innovation. The team is responsible for deepening client relationships and expanding wallet share across all trading activity.

  • Develop and own top-tier client relationships; identify and close coverage gaps
  • Help clients optimize execution outcomes (liquidity access, market impact, performance)
  • Monitor and support live trading activity; provide proactive insights and problem-solving
  • Represent the full franchise by partnering across Equities and FICC trading teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$300,000.00 - $300,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
