Role Summary and Impact

This role is within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in leading the day-to-day analytics and measurement strategy for Norwegian Cruise Line. You will serve as a senior client partner, co-creating a full-funnel measurement strategy for 2027 across brand health, lead generation, sales, media performance, and business outcomes. You will lead learning agenda discussions, advise on test design, develop actionable measurement narratives, and collaborate with media, investment, Business Intelligence, Data and Technology, and Data Science teams. You will also manage and develop a Senior Analyst while operating with significant autonomy and accountability.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape the next stage of an important client partnership. The account has strong measurement foundations and substantial opportunity to evolve its strategic approach, giving you the chance to build rather than simply maintain an existing plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day analytics relationship for Norwegian Cruise Line, representing analytics independently in client meetings and cross-functional discussions.
  • Co-create and implement the 2027 full-funnel measurement strategy, connecting brand health, lead generation, sales, media performance, and longer-term business outcomes.
  • Develop learning agendas and advise clients and internal partners on test design, measurement approaches, interpretation, and next steps.
  • Set up, guide, and evaluate Brand Lift Studies using DISQO, Dynata, Kantar and comparable third-party measurement partners, ensuring results are actionable.
  • Contextualize media performance against travel demand, category trends, competitive activity, macroeconomic conditions, and other relevant business signals.
  • Lead the development and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews, monthly reports, and quarterly creative reports with clear, compelling narratives.
  • Partner with the in-house Data Science team to coordinate data collection and develop clear narratives from Media Mix Modeling results.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data and Technology teams to improve reporting, visualization, data access, and emerging decision intelligence capabilities.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a Senior Analyst through structured guidance, feedback, and opportunities to strengthen analytical and presentation skills.
  • Balance competing priorities across a fast-moving account, set clear expectations, and recommend practical trade-offs that protect quality and impact.

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, marketing science, media analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Proven experience designing and leading full-funnel measurement frameworks across brand and performance objectives.
  • Advanced client leadership skills, including the ability to lead strategic discussions, influence senior stakeholders, and present recommendations independently.
  • Strong experience with learning agendas, test design, Brand Lift Studies, and third-party measurement providers such as DISQO, Dynata, Kantar and or comparable vendors.
  • SQL proficiency required, including the ability to query and explore data in Snowflake beyond standard dashboard outputs.
  • Experience translating complex analytics into clear, persuasive narratives for client presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and executive audiences.
  • Experience working across major media channels, including television, direct response television, linear sponsorships, radio, out-of-home, digital out-of-home, paid search, paid social, online video, display, programmatic, direct display, dynamic creative optimization, audio, organic social, and organic search.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, or developing analysts, with a strong commitment to building analytical and presentation capabilities.
  • Experience partnering with Data Science teams on Media Mix Modeling, data coordination, or related marketing effectiveness work preferred.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Adobe, VideoAmp, DISQO, Dynata, Kantar, Hightouch, Infosum, or comparable platforms preferred; Python, data clean room, customer data platform, decision intelligence, or agentic reporting experience is a plus.
