OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of SAP S/4HANA Applications to spearhead our enterprise-wide RISE with SAP implementation. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our business processes, ensuring a seamless transition to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, a proven record of leading large-scale implementations, and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, ensuring business objectives are met and value is maximized.
- Lead a cross-functional team of SAP professionals, including project managers, business analysts, technical developers, and consultants, to deliver the implementation on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the scope, milestones, and resources required for a successful SAP S/4HANA transition.
- Oversee the design and configuration of the SAP S/4HANA system to optimize business processes and integrate with existing infrastructure.
- Establish governance and project management frameworks to ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with SAP and other third-party vendors to leverage support, resources, and insights.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements.
- Drive change management initiatives to promote adoption of the new SAP S/4HANA system across the organization, including training and support programs.
- Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to align with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate and implement emerging SAP technologies and innovations to continually enhance business operations and competitive advantage.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA applications and the RISE with SAP offering, including cloud services and best practices for deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Relevant SAP certifications and knowledge of industry-specific solutions are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $175,000 to $218,750 annualized.
We also offer participation in the Company Bonus Program and full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
