Mastercard's Global Policy team is responsible for developing all Mastercard policy positions and working with regional government affairs teams to execute advocacy on those positions. The Global Policy Team embeds and works with key business units to understand priorities and products, identifies and interprets the impact of emerging policy trends and developments, and articulates new policy frameworks aligned with Mastercard's business.

The Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy will work internally and externally to enhance the ongoing development of policy that supports Mastercard's use and deployment of AI products, services and tools, and Mastercard's Services organization at large. This position will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop policy positioning and engagement to shape and influence AI legislation, regulation and standards bodies around the world and especially in core Mastercard markets. This position will report to the SVP of Global Services Policy.
