UTA seeks a Director, Creator Program Management, to join the Marketing team. This group serves as agency of record for a major beauty retailer's large-scale creator ambassador program that identifies, vets, and manages a community of beauty content creators. The team runs the program end-to-end, from a high-volume annual application and selection cycle (tens of thousands of applicants narrowed to a select new cohort) to ongoing creator member management, brand campaign execution, and an evolving Alumni program. We work closely with our client's marketing team and cross-functionally across legal, tech, and creative operations to keep the program running smoothly at scale.

The Director is the senior operating lead for the program, responsible for the day-to-day running of the program and the operational systems that keep it on track. This person is client-facing and works in close partnership with program leadership to support a strong client relationship, contributing to performance interpretation, strategic recommendations, and reporting narratives, while directing how the program actually gets built and delivered week to week, from the annual application and selection cycle through creator onboarding and campaign execution. The Director sets the operating rhythm for the team: the schedules, the risk and scope discipline, the reporting cadence, and the standards that keep a large, fast-moving creator program running smoothly at scale. This is a senior role for someone who is equally comfortable in front of the client, and in the operational weeds, translating strategy into a well-run program.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $160,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

Client Engagement

  • Serve as a client-facing member of the team, participating in client meetings and contributing to performance interpretation and strategic recommendations

  • Support the client-facing reporting narrative, including inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), in partnership with the Client Director

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for Sephora agency team members and when in execution phase, the creators, overseeing management of communication, timelines, and asset feedback

  • Escalate major risks, scope issues, or commercial needs to the VP/Executive Sponsor and Client Director as needed

Program Leadership

  • Own the day-to-day program across its full scope, aligning strategy to execution and solving operational issues in real time

  • Own scope control and risk management: govern change requests for additional deliverables, creators, or platforms, and maintain protocols for missed deadlines, quality issues, creator drop-off, and brand safety escalations

  • Own P&L visibility for the program, including tracking of the agency fee across the full annual campaign slate

  • Support the Alumni program, including ongoing engagement strategy and refinements.

Project & Program Operations

  • Partner with the Tech Leads to help build and maintain program infrastructure (Creator IQ, Airtable), ensuring data accuracy across vetting, roster management, and reporting

  • Run day-to-day program operations and own the master schedule, including the annual application and selection cycle across all review phases

  • Coordinate creator onboarding and oversee briefs, submissions, approvals, and campaign flow across Single Brand Campaigns (SBC), Multi-Brand Campaigns (MBC), and Sephora-led formats

  • Oversee milestones, dependencies, review SLAs, and status reporting; manage feedback through a single system with clear owners rather than across email, chat, decks, and text

Cross functional & Team Leadership

  • Collaborate with Legal, Ops, and Research to keep vetting, contracting, and compliance processes on track

  • Direct and mentor the Project Management Coordinator, Creator Relations Managers, and other team members supporting the program

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in influencer/creator marketing, talent partnerships, or account/client management within an agency, media, or entertainment environment, including senior-level, client-facing experience

  • Demonstrated experience running high-volume operational programs (e.g., application cycles, vetting, onboarding, or comparable logistics) at scale, with strong attention to detail

  • Deep knowledge of the creator economy and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with familiarity with creator/influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Creator IQ) and program management tools (e.g., Airtable)

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience tracking budgets, fees, or program P&L

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear, client-ready reporting and strategic recommendations

  • Highly organized, with the ability to operate as both a strategic and hands-on leader across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment

  • Preferred experience in the beauty, retail, or CPG creator marketing space

  • Preferred experience standing up or scaling a creator/ambassador program

  • Preferred experience with agency fee tracking or billable program financial management

  • Working knowledge of invoicing/PO systems (e.g., Coupa) in an agency context preferred

What You Will Get

  • The unique and exciting opportunity to work at one of a leading global entertainment companies

  • Access to the tools, leadership, and resources you will need to create and drive a center of excellence

  • The opportunity to do the best work of your career

  • Work in an inclusive and diverse company culture

  • Competitive programs to support your well-being

  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with room to grow
