  • Innovate usability of HQIM to allow for maximum implementation in a variety of classroom settings.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed to meet project deadlines and deliverables

What we're looking for...

  • Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational publishing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of K-12 academic standards, instructional best practices, and digital learning trends.
  • Passion for improving education equitably and strong empathy for educators
  • Preference for experience with one or more HQIM programs offered by Kiddom.
  • Experience managing a team of educators, instructional designers, or subject matter experts.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to curriculum effectiveness.
