The position:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Demand Generation to lead our global demand generation strategy and execution for a fast-growing fraud prevention technology company. This leader will own the end-to-end demand generation engine, driving pipeline growth, accelerating revenue, and aligning marketing with sales through integrated go-to-market (GTM) programs.
The ideal candidate combines deep B2B SaaS demand generation expertise with experience in fraud prevention, fintech, identity, or risk technology. They have successfully partnered with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to execute data-driven campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes. They are equally comfortable developing strategy, optimizing execution, and leading a high-performing team composed of internal marketers, and external agencies, and contractors.
What you’ll do:
Demand Generation Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
- Build integrated multi-channel campaigns across inbound, outbound, digital, events, webinars, content syndication, ABM, email, paid media, and partner channels.
- Optimize marketing programs to increase lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate investments based on performance and business priorities.
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Partner with Product to develop GTM plans for product launches, new capabilities, and market expansion.
- Translate product positioning into scalable campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
- Develop audience segmentation and buyer journey strategies for fraud, payments, security, compliance, and executive decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead scoring, routing, attribution, and funnel performance.
Sales Enablement
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline objectives.
- Develop sales enablement materials including messaging, competitive positioning, case studies, presentations, battle cards, and customer success stories.
- Support Sales teams with campaign assets and targeted account engagement strategies.
- Ensure marketing and sales operate from shared KPIs and revenue goals.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop an internal team of demand generation and campaign marketing professionals.
- Manage external agencies, consultants, freelancers, and contractors responsible for paid media, creative services, content development, and campaign execution.
- Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and professional development plans.
- Foster a collaborative, data-driven, and high-performance marketing culture.
Analytics & Performance
- Own marketing pipeline metrics and regularly report performance to executive leadership.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness across the entire customer journey.
- Analyze marketing attribution, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Industry Leadership
- Stay current on fraud trends, digital identity, payments, account takeover, financial crime, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging market dynamics.
- Develop campaigns that resonate with fraud prevention professionals, risk leaders, CISOs, compliance teams, financial institutions, and enterprise buyers.
- Partner with industry analysts, associations, and strategic partners to increase market visibility.
You are:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification with at least 3 years leading demand generation teams.
- Proven experience building and executing strategies that attract and convert enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, account protection, or digital trust solutions.
- Demonstrated success building demand generation programs that consistently deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong sales enablement experience supporting enterprise and mid-market sales organizations.
- Experience managing internal marketing teams as well as agencies and contractors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales motions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
