In this role, you will:
- Lead a team responsible for shaping and advancing digital product strategy across a portfolio of high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment to business goals, customer needs, and enterprise priorities
- Manage, coach, and develop talent, including setting priorities, providing feedback, supporting career growth, and building a high-performing team culture
- Set strategic direction and drive resolution of highly complex, cross-functional business and product challenges that require enterprise thinking, sound judgment, and strong prioritization
- Partner with senior leaders to define product and portfolio priorities, operating rhythms, decision frameworks, and success measures for large-scale digital initiatives
- Partner with analytics teams to analyze, identify insights and convert those to actions for the DDAI leadership
- Influence and align leaders across product, design, engineering, analytics, operations, risk, and control partners to accelerate delivery and remove obstacles
- Create and deliver executive-ready communications, recommendations, and decision materials for senior leadership, often under tight timelines and with evolving inputs
- Establish clear team goals, ways of working, and governance practices to improve execution, visibility, and accountability across the portfolio
- Drive strategic planning by synthesizing market trends, customer insights, business performance, and platform considerations into actionable product strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a visible leader within the organization, helping shape priorities, strengthen talent, and scale product management best practices
- 10+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Tier 1 consulting firm experience is preferred
- Experience leading teams in digital product management, strategy, or related functions, with a track record of developing talent and driving results through others
- Experience developing digital product strategies through cross-functional collaboration, leveraging analytics, customer insights, and competitive market scans to inform priorities and recommendations
- Strong strategic, analytical, and structured thinking skills; able to frame ambiguous problems, assess tradeoffs, and guide teams toward clear decisions
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and partner effectively across product, design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations and present to senior audiences
- Experience operating in complex, highly matrixed environments and leading cross-organizational initiatives involving product, platform, data, technology, and control partners
- Experience in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience using customer insights, performance data, and market trends to inform digital product strategy; exposure to AI, data, or advanced analytics is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
