What You'll Do:
- Build and manage strategic client relationships, fostering trust and driving long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized solutions tailored to each client's needs and use cases.
- Proactively identify and address client challenges, providing expert guidance and support.
- Educate clients on the full potential of the platform and drive product adoption.
- Track key performance indicators to measure client success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay ahead of the curve in credit risk and capital markets trends, sharing insights with clients.
Requirements
- Experienced credit risk professional with 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, corporate banking, counterparty risk or similar with a major financial institution.
- Passionate about building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.
- Understanding of the challenges faced by financial institutions in managing credit risk in a regulated environment..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
