  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and business cases for GenAI initiatives.

  • Drive rapid experimentation and iteration to validate product-market fit and maximize business value.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across corporate, control, and customer experience functions to identify and scale AI opportunities.

  • Track product performance and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes.

  • Communicate vision, priorities, risks, and results to executive leadership.

  • Stay current on emerging GenAI technologies, vendors, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated history of delivering technology products at scale.

  • 3+ years of experience leading AI, GenAI, LLM, or machine learning product initiatives.

  • Proven track record of launching AI-powered products into production and driving measurable business impact.

  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, including LLMs, copilots, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow automation.

  • Experience working directly with engineering and data science teams in agile product environments.

  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI product solutions.

  • Strong execution mindset with a demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and deliver results quickly.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building customer-facing or employee-facing GenAI applications.
