Are you a strategic HR leader with a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams and elevating leadership capability in fast-growing tech environments? Do you thrive on coaching executives, influencing critical business decisions, and holding a high bar for performance while building trust across the organization? Are you energized by reimagining how HR Business Partners and People Programs operate through the transformative power of AI, delivering measurable impact—not just experimentation? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As the Director, HR Business Partners & Programs at Ridgeline, you will lead and scale a high-impact team of HRBPs and Program leaders, driving both strategy and execution across employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and compensation. You will play a critical role in strengthening leadership effectiveness, scaling our organization, and bringing the Ridgeline Way to life across the company—including as we expand internationally. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies—including a variety of AI tools—to fundamentally transform how HR delivers value, using data, insights, and automation to increase speed, quality, and impact. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping organizational design, talent strategy, and business outcomes.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture.
If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
This role requires in-office presence three days per week at one of our office locations.

The impact you will have:
  • Lead and scale a team of HR Business Partners and People Program leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and high performance
  • Build and evolve HRBP and People Program strategies that directly enable business growth, organizational scalability, and leadership effectiveness
  • Partner with executives and senior leaders to coach, challenge, and elevate leadership capability and decision-making
  • Drive accountability and clarity across the organization by establishing and reinforcing high standards for performance and outcomes
  • Design and implement forward-thinking programs across employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and compensation
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to transform how HR delivers insights, automates workflows, and scales impact across the business
  • Use data and HR analytics to inform talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design decisions
  • Guide the organization through periods of growth and change with resilience, clarity, and a bias toward action
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between People strategies and business priorities
  • Build scalable frameworks and processes that support international expansion and a globally distributed workforce
  • Hire, develop, and retain top HR talent, creating a strong leadership bench within the People team
  • Communicate with transparency and influence across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives
What we look for:
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of HR Business Partners and/or People Programs in high-growth, tech-driven environments
  • Proven experience coaching and influencing senior executives
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated success scaling organizations and building high-performing teams across multiple functions
  • Deep expertise across core HR disciplines including performance management, employee engagement, L&D, compensation, and employee relations
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in HR data, metrics, and workforce insights
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to drive meaningful improvements in productivity, decision-making, and organizational outcomes
  • Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
  • Track record of operating with ownership, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and build alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in a business domain/problem space
  • An aptitude for problem solving
Bonus:
