Your role at Dynatrace

The Director, Investor Relations, is a key member of Dynatrace's Finance team, supporting the VP of Investor Relations and CFO in managing the company's relationships with shareholders and the broader financial community. This role is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of investor relations programs, materials, and regulatory reporting — ensuring that Dynatrace's financial story is communicated accurately, consistently, and in compliance with applicable disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities:

IR Program Execution & Coordination

  • Support the preparation and execution of quarterly earnings cycles, including drafting materials, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables across Finance, Legal, and Communications.
  • Develop and maintain an IR annual calendar that ensures timely company communication, coordinated investor outreach, and full regulatory reporting compliance.
  • Maintain and continuously improve core IR materials including earnings presentations, investor fact sheets, the IR website, Q&A documents, and shareholder communications — ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved messaging.
  • Coordinate investor day and roadshow logistics, prepare briefing materials, schedules, and background research to enable effective senior leadership engagement.
  • Track and manage IR-related deadlines, filings, and regulatory obligations in partnership with Legal and Financial Reporting.

Research, Analysis & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor analyst reports, investor sentiment, and competitor activity, synthesizing findings into clear, actionable summaries for the VP, Investor Relations.

  • Maintain shareholder targeting and ownership tracking data, providing regular reporting on investor base composition and changes.
  • Prepare research briefings, talking points, and background materials ahead of investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows led by the VP, Investor Relations and CFO.

Regulatory Compliance & Financial Reporting Support

  • Partner with Financial Reporting to support the preparation and review of SEC filings, earnings materials, and annual reports to shareholders — ensuring accuracy and consistency with approved company messaging.
  • Ensure all investor-facing materials comply with applicable securities regulations, disclosure requirements, and Regulation FD obligations, escalating issues to Legal and the VP, Investor Relations as appropriate.
  • Maintain a consistent, compliant disclosure tracking framework across all IR materials and communications channels.
  • Support audit and compliance processes related to IR activities and investor communications.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a day-to-day liaison between the IR function and internal teams including Finance, Legal, Communications, and FP&A — ensuring alignment on messaging, timing, and deliverables.
  • Partner with the VP, Investor Relations on strategy development, providing analytical support, market intelligence, and operational input to inform IR planning and priorities.
  • Manage IR vendor and agency relationships including investor targeting platforms, IR website providers, and financial data services.
  • Ensure timely information dissemination and accurate measurement of IR program performance against key objectives.
