Chubb is seeking a Director, Investor Relations to help shape and execute the company’s investor relations strategy, strengthen engagement with the investment community, and ensure clear, consistent, and compliant external communications. This role will serve as a key partner to Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications and will support the preparation of high-quality materials and disclosures for earnings, investor meetings, and other market-facing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Track shareholder ownership and trading activity through stock surveillance partners and report key trends to leadership.
  • Monitor peer companies and analyze research notes, market trends, valuation metrics, trading dynamics, and changes in shareholder base.
  • Review and summarize analyst reports, earnings releases, and consensus estimates to inform investor relations strategy.
  • Prepare briefing materials, corporate presentations, company profiles, and Q&A for earnings calls, investor meetings, and analyst interactions.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of press releases, including earnings and dividend announcements.
  • Organize and support investor dinners, investor conferences, and investor meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC disclosure requirements, Regulation FD, and other applicable securities regulations.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure messaging is accurate, aligned, and timely.
  • Attend investor meetings and manage follow-up to address investor questions and feedback.
  • Maintain the Investor Relations website to ensure disclosures are current and accurate.
  • Manage vendor relationships, billing processes, and departmental budgeting support.
  • Manage the IR inbox and respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process IR department invoices, vendor payments, and travel and expense submissions for the Investor Relations team.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to travel and scheduling for the IR department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, or a related financial communications role.
  • Strong understanding of public company reporting, earnings cycles, disclosure practices, and securities regulations, including SEC requirements and Regulation FD.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, shareholder trends, analyst research, valuation metrics, and peer company performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and high-visibility deliverables.
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment in handling sensitive, material non-public, and market-moving information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and preferably experience with Visible Alpha, FactSet, AlphaSense.

 

The pay range for the role is $120,000 to $160,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
