Director, NAM Regional Product Management (Business & Market Insights)
The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.
Within the Services organization, this role supports the Business & Markets Insights (BMI) organization in North America (NAM). The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Payment Consulting & Innovation. This team is accountable for ensuring North America portfolio growth through thoughtful product road mapping, influencing product development, and partnering with our sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market.
This product management role will be responsible for key products in the Economic & Business Intelligence (EBI) portfolio within BMI in the NAM region. Mastercard EBI provides customers with portfolio intelligence and on-going payments learning, innovation education and thought leadership.
About the Role:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our suite of EBI products solutions• Drive the planning, coordination, and scaling of new solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global product, sales, account management, and client services to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience• Champion the commercialization process from ideation to launch, ensuring that our consulting solutions are positioned effectively in the market. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform enhancements and strategies• Take ownership of product launch activities, including training internal teams, hosting external webinars, and monitoring post-launch performance• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Leverage these insights to contribute to product roadmap discussions and strategic decision-making

• Experience regional go-to-market: translated global strategy into localized launch plans, pricing/contracting constructs, pilot frameworks, and cross-functional enablement• Scaled products post-launch by enabling onboarding/servicing readiness, embedding localization needs into roadmap, and driving performance tracking + enhancements for sustained adoption• Confident leveraging multiple distribution channels (direct selling, re-distribution) to maximize product value• Ability to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency• Strong analytical skills• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, in a cross functional org structure• Understanding of payments technology and application of that knowledge to address customer/market needs• Knowledge of the US and Canadian payments markets and emerging needs of the various industry players• Ability to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and action plans• Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment• Excellent relationship building skills; able to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships across multiple business functions and organizational levels• Overnight travel required (5% - 10%)
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, or related work field

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
