Job Description Summary

The Director of Operations will be focused on supporting the Account Director to ensure alignment of all contract deliverables across all service lines supporting the client account. The position requires proven senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting. Organizational, communication, and leadership skills are a priority to develop solutions that push innovative boundaries. The position works closely with the Account Director to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success. Key areas of focus include staff leadership, client engagement, account governance, performance management, and strategic initiatives, and account culture. Responsibilities include management of the documentation and performance of all operations to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity and performance.

Job Description

· Business Process Design & Transformation:

o Lead the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end business processes aligned with account goals and business transformation initiatives.

o Create business process architecture deliverables such as process flow diagrams, capability maps, and architectural blueprints that support strategic business objectives.

o Ensure processes are optimized for data integrity, scalability, and future growth, providing seamless integration with underlying IT infrastructure.

· Business Transformation Initiatives:

o Drive business transformation by analyzing existing systems and recommending process improvements supported by technology.

o Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and AI-driven enhancements within business processes, ensuring alignment with CRE industry best practices.

· Technology Leadership & Integration:

o Ensure technology integration aligns with the business process architecture.

o Leverage knowledge of data modeling and data integration to design processes that effectively utilize data assets and maintain data consistency across systems.

· Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Expertise:

o Leverage deep knowledge of the CRE industry to design business processes that cater to the specific needs of the Client and C&W teams.

o Drive innovation by aligning technology solutions with the unique operational and transactional requirements of the CRE business.

Key Competencies:

· Thorough understanding of financial reporting and variance analysis

· Extremely high sense of urgency tied to internal and external customer service focus with proven ability to employ a high level of time management skills focused on prioritization and delegation

· Experience in business process architecture, process improvement, and business transformation.

· Experience in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry is highly preferred.

· Proven experience in designing and delivering business process architecture deliverables, such as capability maps, process flowcharts, and business capability models.

· Experience in system integration and data modeling prioritization and delegation

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Important Experience:

· Requires 8+ years of commercial property management and/or executive level sales management experience

· CPM and/or RPA comparable experience in a senior leadership role; active participation in local and national chapters preferred

· Extensive experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language

· Technology Expertise: Experience in designing processes that integrate across multiple systems and technologies, ensuring smooth data flow and functional coherence.

· Process Design Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design, map, and optimize complex business processes aligned with strategic goals.

· Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of system integration, data modeling, and leveraging technology to drive business process improvements.

· Project Leadership: Ability to lead and manage large-scale business transformation initiatives, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around common objectives.

· Change Management: Proven ability to drive change within an organization, ensuring adoption of new technologies and processes.

· Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner to business.

· Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions that support growth

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 187,000.00 - $220,000.00
