The combination of Mastercard's Cross Border Services (XBS) and Mastercard Send provides a comprehensive, domestic and global payment platform that allows financial institutions, fintechs, digital customers and other businesses to send real-time payments to multiple end points around the world. This is a dynamic, high growth segment with relevance to a broad range of Mastercard products and assets.
The NAM Move team is seeking a Director to oversee portfolio growth and optimization for the Mastercard Move portfolio. As a critical member of the team, this position is responsible for identifying revenue growth and optimization opportunities within the existing customer base, prioritizing cross sell opportunities, incentives, and partnering with customer success and sales teams to realize those opportunities.
This is a high profile, high impact role with frequent executive engagement. It requires working cross-functionally with other groups like account managers, finance, Product Architects, global and regional product teams, legal and Biz Ops, among others. This role will be a significant contributor to Mastercard's strategy to capture and grow new payment flows and support our customers' growth ambitions.
Role• Employ a data driven approach to identify, prioritize and structure optimization or cross sell opportunities among existing XBS and Send customers• Partner with business development leads to develop and execute on optimization or cross sell proposals. Responsible for optimization KPIs.• Oversee portfolio tracking and analytics, production of reporting and dashboards to inform product strategy and management. Support financial projections and planning.• Support strategic projects involving XBS, Send and other.
All About You• Significant experience and exposure to the U.S. payments ecosystem and product management or development functions. Consulting experience also preferred.• Data driven, strong business acumen with a track record in launching creative partnerships or new business models. Ability to spot trends and turn them into new revenue opportunities.• Think outside of the box.
