The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA required; advanced degree a plus.
- 15+ years in HR, PX, or talent roles within large, global organizations (pharmaceutical or related industries preferred).
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Comfortable using data, AI, and digital solutions to shape people strategies.
- Track record of navigating change and driving organizational transformation.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels.
