Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Director, Product Management to lead the evolution and adoption of the enterprise BRx Data Model, a strategic foundation for Broadridge's integrated platform vision. This role will drive product strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and user adoption for BRx capabilities across the enterprise.

BRx serves as Broadridge's logical data model and semantic foundation, spanning Investor Communications, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Asset Management. As a key member of the Product Management organization, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure BRx capabilities are scalable, governed, reusable, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with experience in enterprise platforms, data products, information architecture, or semantic technologies. They will be comfortable operating across strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, and execution while driving measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
Own and manage key aspects of the BRx Platform product lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, release management, change governance, and retirement processes.
Partner with stakeholders to define platform enhancements and prioritize investments based on business value, strategic objectives, and user needs.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps that support enterprise platform modernization and data strategy initiatives.
Evaluate opportunities to expand platform capabilities, improve usability, and increase adoption across Broadridge businesses.
Ontology & Platform Governance
Support the development, stewardship, and governance of BRx ontology assets, ensuring consistency, scalability, reuse, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Partner with Architecture and Engineering teams to establish governance processes for schemas, metadata, lineage, versioning, and change management.
Drive adoption of best practices for information modelling, semantic consistency, and platform interoperability.
Facilitate governance forums and lifecycle reviews to ensure transparency, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Adoption & User Enablement
Develop strategies to increase adoption and effective usage of BRx capabilities across internal and external stakeholders.
Lead onboarding, training, documentation, and user enablement initiatives to improve user experience and accelerate time-to-value.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and translate insights into platform, support, and process improvements.
Champion self-service capabilities, knowledge resources, and support models that enhance platform accessibility and scalability.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, adoption metrics, platform health measures, and operational effectiveness.
Establish visibility into platform usage, lineage, governance compliance, and change impact.
Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, Support, Data, and business teams to align priorities and manage dependencies.
Influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization to achieve strategic objectives and drive execution.
Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
Support enterprise initiatives that leverage BRx as a foundational platform capability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Product Management, Data Products, Information Management, or related disciplines.
Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept and requirements through delivery, adoption, and optimization.
Experience working within financial services, fintech, capital markets, wealth management, asset management, or other regulated industries.
Strong understanding of data models, metadata, schemas, taxonomies, ontologies, or related information architecture concepts.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex organizations.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise platforms, semantic technologies, ontology-driven systems, or knowledge graph solutions.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, lineage tracking, and information stewardship practices.
Experience with schema governance, impact analysis, integration architecture, or enterprise data management initiatives.
Experience building adoption programs, training materials, self-service capabilities, or internal knowledge resources.
Experience defining and managing KPI frameworks, usage analytics, and product performance reporting.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000.
Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
