Owns product vision and roadmap for identity resolution and audience activation. Leads identity graph development, cross-device linking, destination integrations, data orchestration, privacy governance, and success metrics. Partners closely with customers, commercial teams, and engineering to translate market needs into specifications and shipped products. Requires deep adtech, martech, or B2B data platform expertise, strong identity and activation knowledge, cloud-native architecture experience, and the ability to expand the customer base.

Samba connects the advertising industry. Today, a trillion dollars of media flows through platforms that don’t talk to each other, and each one measures its own results. We built the independent alternative: consented first-party data and AI that give the world’s biggest advertisers, publishers, and platforms one clear view across all of it.

The next era of advertising will run on AI agents, and those agents will need data they can trust. We’re building that foundation, and the agents that act on it. Join us and help build what the industry runs on.

About the Role
You advance our identity resolution capabilities and build future-proof identity and activation solutions, owning product strategy and roadmap across both. This is a senior role for someone who can operate at two altitudes: you set direction and vision, and you stay hands-on, close to customers and engineering, making the calls on what gets built and in what order.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Vision and Roadmap: Own the product vision and roadmap for identity resolution and activation, making the prioritization calls that keep the team focused.
  • Advance Identity Resolution: Advance our identity resolution product: graph building and enrichment, cross-device and cross-identifier linking, and interoperability.
  • Own Activation: Own the activation side with equal weight: audience activation, data orchestration, and delivery to a broad and growing set of destinations, including platforms and demand-side platforms (DSPs), in cloud-native environments.
  • Shape the Market: Develop a clear view of the market and competitive landscape, and translate it into positioning and roadmap decisions that expand the client base.
  • Partner With Customers: Partner directly with customers and commercial teams, and turn their requirements into clear, buildable specifications for engineering.
  • Deliver With Engineering: Work hands-on with engineering day to day to deliver, unblock decisions quickly, and keep the roadmap moving.
  • Own Privacy and Metrics: Own privacy and data governance so identity and activation are privacy-first from the start, and define the success metrics that guide investment.

What You Bring
  • Significant product management experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, or B2B data platforms, with a record of owning products end to end.
  • Deep expertise in identity resolution and identity graphs (how they are built, enriched, maintained, and measured), and strong experience in audience activation, destination integrations, and cloud-native data architectures.
  • A clear point of view on where the identity and activation market is heading, and the judgment to know which customers and use cases to build for.
  • A record of expanding a product’s customer base, ideally with platforms, DSPs, or media networks, and of turning customer and commercial requirements into specifications engineering can build against.
  • Hands-on delivery experience writing specs, prioritizing ruthlessly, and shipping alongside engineering, with comfort setting direction amid ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
  • Working knowledge of the privacy and consent landscape, and curiosity about how AI is changing product configuration, data discovery, and activation workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
