At GLG, we are the experts in expertise, and our platform fuels the strategies of the world’s most recognized and influential companies. 25 years ago, GLG pioneered the expert economy, and now we are reinventing the industry we invented.

As the founding Director of Product Marketing, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market process, establishing how GLG launches new products and features. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to make an outsized impact at a global organization serving sophisticated businesses across financial services, healthcare, life sciences, technology and beyond.

You’ll lead positioning and craft narratives for AI-driven products that redefine how insights are generated and consumed, balancing feature-level messaging with broader product stories under a refreshed brand platform. With launch velocity accelerating in 2026, you’ll be at the center of bringing solutions to market that transform decision-making while embedding GLG’s industry-leading compliance practices into every product experience.

This senior leadership role calls for a marketer with strategic vision and a bias for action, shaping GLG’s innovation story and building processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive positioning and messaging for AI-powered solutions, translating complex capabilities into clear, compelling value for clients and experts

· Leverage competitive research, customer segmentation, and user workflow analysis to position our products, sharpen value propositions and identify opportunities for differentiation

· Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to determine the role of our innovation story in the overall positioning of GLG and drive demand for our services

· Own the product launch planning with support from Product leads and Commercial leads: connecting the dots to effectively market new solutions and features to clients and experts, owning adoption rate as a KPI

· Support development of sales enablement materials, collateral, case studies, web copy, as well as in-product touchpoints

· Collaborate with segment, geography, and expert marketers to integrate our product messaging into customer journeys and campaigns

· Define success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and revenue impact; use insights to continuously optimize GTM strategies

· Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; Master’s preferred

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in product marketing or B2B SaaS, with hands-on development and execution of GTM strategies

· Baseline comfort with AI : using it in day-to-day work at a minimum, ideally with some experience bringing AI products or features to market

· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate globally

· Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills including content creation for multiple channels

· Deep understanding of analytics, competitive intelligence, market segmentation, and customer insights

· Experience with digital marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, SalesForce)

· Data, business research, or information services sector experience strongly preferred
