THE WORK:

We are seeking a Director, Product Operations to join our New York office and serve as a cornerstone of our global leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity to join an exceptionally innovative company that is redefining the movement of value worldwide.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Operations, you will lead the charge in building a scalable, 24/7 operating model that bridges the gap between complex financial products and seamless operational delivery. You will optimize processes, while contributing to a "systems-thinking" framework required to automate our global working stack. As a leader, you will partner with key team members in Trading, Risk, Treasury and Engineering to ensure operational execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collaborate with Trading, Operations and Treasury teams, as well as external customers, to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across all products.
  • Responsible for building programs and strategies that identify and resolve discrepancies promptly, while liaising with internal partners, counterparties and other relevant teams
  • Experience with exchange and bank connectivity to support build of data integration into core operational processes
  • Partner across teams to transform reconciliation processes to an automated state across a suite of products
  • Understand risks and requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, to ensure quick responses to market activity and exceptions.
  • Become an expert in finance operational flows by working with key collaborators to detail existing processes.
  • Support a globally distributed customer base for our 24x7 product offerings, including customer activity on weekends and holidays.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • 10+ years of trading operations, middle office or trade support roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
  • High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and remain organized in a dynamic environment
  • Broad understanding of markets and instruments (OTC, crypto, derivatives) as well as data capture and reconciliation principles
  • High proficiency in Google and Microsoft office applications, including Excel and VBA
  • Experience with SQL and writing queries for daily operations is a plus
For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
NY Annual Base Salary Range
$190,000$235,000 USD
