Cross Functional Collaboration
• Act as a key day to day product partner for Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations.• Represent assigned product areas in working sessions with internal teams and external partners.• Support executive level communication by preparing materials, updates, and product narratives.
People Leadership & Team Development
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and senior individual contributors.• Foster strong product practices, clear ownership, and customer centric decision making.• Support distributed teams across time zones with strong alignment and accountability.
