Director - Regional Product Management - Marketing Solutions Sales Enablement
Mastercard's Services organization is a key growth engine, delivering innovative solutions that help customers thrive. By integrating proprietary data, technology, expert insights, and strategic expertise, Services plays a critical role in driving Mastercard's differentiation and business growth.
The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team provides a broad portfolio of marketing, personalization, loyalty, commerce media, and customer engagement solutions that help issuers, fintechs, digital partners, merchants, and co-brand partners acquire, activate, engage, and retain consumers while driving measurable business outcomes.
We are currently hiring two Directors of Regional Product Management - Marketing Solutions Sales Enablement to support strategic growth segments across North America. Applicants must have hands-on experience developing and executing customer growth, marketing and engagement, and loyalty strategies across one of the following domains:
Fintechs & Digital Partners (including fintechs, neobanks and digital players)
Merchants & Co-Brand Partners (including retailers, travel, hospitality, consumer brands, or co-brand card programs)
Successful candidates will partner closely with Business Development teams to drive growth, commercialization, adoption, and revenue for Mastercard's Consumer Acquisition & Engagement portfolio, including Marketing & Personalization Services, Loyalty, and Mastercard Commerce Media.
These roles serve as the voice of the customer within their respective segment, translating market needs and customer insights into go-to-market strategies, commercial opportunities, product innovation, and scalable growth initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
Drive Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth• Serve as the primary CA&E partner to Business Development teams, supporting strategic opportunities, pipeline development, and revenue growth.• Define and execute segment-specific sales enablement strategies, value propositions, and solution offerings.• Equip Business Development, Account Management, and Platform Sales teams with tools, insights, and commercial approaches needed to win new business and deepen client relationships.• Support strategic pursuits and commercial conversations that accelerate adoption of CA&E solutions.
Represent the Voice of the Customer• Develop deep expertise within your assigned segment, including customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, retention, and growth strategies.• Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities.• Translate market insights and client feedback into product requirements, roadmap recommendations, and innovation priorities.• Act as a key liaison between Product teams and customer-facing organizations.
Develop Client-Centric Solutions & Proposals• Partner with Business Development teams to create compelling value propositions, business cases, and customer narratives.• Lead and support RFP responses, strategic pursuits, and client proposals.• Identify relevant case studies, benchmarks, and proof points that demonstrate measurable outcomes.• Participate directly in client engagements when needed to advance opportunities.
Partner with Sales to Win Business• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Product, and Services teams on priority opportunities.• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support solution development and opportunity progression.• Shape commercial strategies and develop approaches that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
Transform Solutions into Scalable Offerings• Develop scalable solution packages, commercial frameworks, and integrated offerings.• Partner with Product teams to validate market fit, refine positioning, and accelerate adoption.• Identify and implement go-to-market models, commercial structures, and partnership approaches that support growth.
Build Strategic Partnerships• Identify and establish strategic partnerships that strengthen CA&E's value proposition and expand market reach.• Evaluate partnership models that create new distribution channels and unlock customer value.• Collaborate across Mastercard teams to bring integrated solutions to market and drive commercial outcomes.

We're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following ecosystems:• Fintechs, digital banks, neobanks, digital platforms, and emerging financial services providers• Merchants, retailers, travel companies, consumer brands, loyalty programs, and co-brand card issuers
Additionally, you bring:• Experience in sales enablement, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, commercialization, business development, or related growth-focused functions.• Proven ability to partner with Business Development and Sales teams to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue outcomes.• Demonstrated success translating customer and market needs into product strategies, commercialization plans, and new business opportunities.• Experience developing strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships.• Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and delivering measurable business impact.• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex capabilities into compelling customer narratives and executive-level recommendations.• Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, and regional and global teams.• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities and driving execution.• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with significant ownership and accountability.• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
