Build Confido's Revenue Growth Management product by translating pricing, pack architecture, elasticity, and trade ROI expertise into roadmap, requirements, analytics, and customer-validated features. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success and run beta programs.

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. Finance, accounting, sales, and operations, unified in one system for the first time.

We're growing 5x year over year with a small team in New York City; the people who join now will shape the product, the culture, and the company itself.

If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.

The Role

We're hiring a Director of Revenue Growth Management to build out Confido's RGM capabilities from the ground up — turning deep category and pricing expertise into product that helps CPG brands make better pricing, mix, and trade decisions.

This is a build-focused role for someone who's lived inside syndicated data, price/pack architecture, and trade optimization and wants to translate that expertise directly into software. You'll work across Implementation, Customer Success, and Product to shape what "great RGM" looks like on the Confido platform. You will report directly to the Head of Business Operations.

What You'll Do

Product Build-Out

  • Define and prioritize Confido's RGM roadmap, working hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering to turn pricing and trade strategy expertise into shippable features

  • Translate price/pack architecture, mix management, and promotional ROI frameworks into concrete product requirements and user stories

  • Design how syndicated and competitive data (Circana, NIQ, etc.) should flow into and power Confido's RGM, pricing, and trade analytics

  • Build the analytical logic and frameworks (elasticity, optimal pack architecture, trade efficiency scoring) that will differentiate Confido's RGM offering

CPG & Industry Expertise

  • Serve as Confido's primary RGM and pricing subject matter expert, bringing rigor on syndicated data, competitive benchmarking, and price/pack strategy into every product conversation

  • Stay ahead of how leading CPG brands run pricing, trade, and mix decisions, and translate that into a forward-looking product point of view

  • Identify market gaps and emerging RGM needs across categories, using direct customer exposure to inform what we build next

Customer Engagement

  • Partner with customers to understand how they currently run pricing and trade strategy, surfacing requirements and validating new RGM functionality before and after it ships

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer pricing, trade, and finance teams as they adopt and expand their use of Confido's RGM tools

  • Run early access and beta programs with select customers to pressure-test new RGM capabilities in real workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Implementation to ensure RGM features are configured correctly and adopted well during onboarding

  • Partner with Customer Success to identify RGM expansion opportunities and address adoption gaps within existing accounts

  • Collaborate with Marketing on RGM thought leadership, benchmarks, and customer-facing content that showcases what's possible on the platform

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, or Trade Strategy within CPG, consulting, or a CPG-focused software company

  • Deep, hands-on fluency with syndicated and competitive data sources (Circana, NIQ, or similar) and how they're used to inform pricing and trade decisions

  • Strong command of price/pack architecture, mix management, elasticity, and trade promotion ROI

  • Experience translating business and analytical concepts into product requirements — you've worked closely with product or engineering teams before, or are eager to start

  • Comfortable being both the domain expert and the builder: defining what should exist, not just consulting on what already does

  • Strong relationship-building skills with CPG pricing, trade, and finance stakeholders

  • Excited to be in our NYC headquarters 5 days a week
