Director, Risk will direct and oversee the company’s risk and underwriting policy. Responsible for developing and calibrating risk models, including Expected Loss frameworks. Lead risk strategy design and optimization of underwriting and portfolio monitoring processes to align with risk appetite and business objectives. Establish methodologies for risk forecasting, stress testing, and scenario analysis. Manage development and enhancement of dashboards, monitoring tools, and risk reporting to ensure timely detection of portfolio risk drivers and emerging concentrations.

Collaborate with product, business, and data teams to integrate risk insights into business decision-making. Supervise and mentor a team of risk analysts and associates to strengthen organizational risk capacity.


Requires a bachelor’s degree in financial engineering, statistics, or economics, and 2 years of experience in the skill sets listed in the job description.


Base Salary

The base salary is $200,000/year.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
