Summary

We're looking for a high-performing Director of Mid Law Sales to develop our growing Mid-Law customer base. This is a role where you'll drive revenue growth, build key relationships, and manage a growing team of account executives focused on the Mid-Law and in-house counsel segment.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to identify market opportunities, shape the sales narrative, and ensure our solutions deliver real value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with mid-sized law firms and In-house legal departments.

  • Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Mid Law Account Executives as the team scales.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue targets and expand market share within the mid-law segment.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including managing partners, Innovations leads, IT, and knowledge management.

  • Partner closely with Marketing and RevOps to develop pipeline generation strategies, build out data reporting needs, and develop strategic hiring and growth plans.

  • Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership to inform roadmap and pricing strategies.

  • Ability to travel at least 25% to industry conferences, in person demonstrations and implementations.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Proven track record of accurately forecasting and exceeding quota selling to the legal profession

  • Experience in a leadership role or demonstrated ability to lead by example and coach others.

  • Strong understanding of the legal tech landscape, buyer personas, and firm operations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
