As the Director of Sales, QualityOne Extended Industries you will lead a high-performing team of Account Partners focused on selling global enterprise eQMS (electronic Quality Management System) solutions to large manufacturing organizations. This role is accountable for achieving regional revenue targets, driving disciplined enterprise sales execution, coaching complex deal strategy, and building long-term strategic relationships across Quality, IT, Operations, and Procurement leadership. The Sales Director ensures consistent pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and expansion of multi-year, multi-region agreements.
What You'll Do
- Hire and manage a team of A-players to create and grow business into new and existing accounts
- Meet/exceed pipeline generation and new revenue targets set for the team
- Provide strategic oversight and coaching on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Quality, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and C-level executives
- Accurate sales forecast and pipeline management
- Review and approve expense reports and other administrative tasks associated with managing an outside sales team
- Report and maintain timely and thorough notes pertaining to opportunities via Veeva CRM
- Guide account strategy for top strategic accounts
- Support negotiation of global agreements and multi-year SaaS contracts
Requirements
- 8+ years experience selling enterprise software and/or eQMS AND recent experience selling those services to the industries including, but not limited to the chemical, packaging, logistics, toys and consumer electronics industries
- 3+ years experience managing a team of 4+ Account Executives selling software to multiple industries
- Understanding of Quality, Document Management, EHS solutions, as well as the people, processes, and technology in this industry
- Understanding of Enterprise Software sales cycles and associated Strategies & Tactics
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written & verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven
- Be proactive and driven approach, flexible
- Be willing to travel as required

- A history of working with companies across a broad set of verticals in Chemicals, Packaging, Logistics, Consumer Products etc.

Compensation
- Base pay: $135,000 - $300,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
