    • Influence the Product Roadmap: Act as the bridge between the market and our developers. Provide strategic input to the Compass Payer product team to shape new features, capabilities, and future growth areas based on real-world customer feedback and market dynamics
    • Enable Sales & Marketing: Partner with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to refine product positioning, craft compelling messaging, and empower our sales organization to scale successfully

    • Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to build trust and successfully engage with stakeholders at all levels of a client organization, from managers to the C-suite
    • Customer-Centric Innovation: A strong track record of actively listening to customer pain points and translating those needs into actionable product innovations and solutions
    • Communication Excellence: Exceptional critical thinking, analytical capabilities, and world-class presentation skills
    • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events, as required
