Overview

We’re building a Frontier marketing organization that learns faster, activates smarter, and delivers measurable outcomes. Our team establishes diverse partnerships with authentic technology implementations and integrates those partnerships across scale marketing engines. We prioritize outcomes over activity, embrace rapid learning loops, and collaborate across organizations and disciplines to show the potential impact of Microsoft’s technology solutions to our partners.

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships – Formula 1 to own the end-to-end strategy, executive relationships, technology roadmap, and business impact of one of Microsoft’s most visible global partnerships. This leader will operate at the intersection of partner strategy, product and engineering, commercial opportunity, and integrated marketing.

As a people manager and organizational leader, this person will build clarity in ambiguity, raise the quality of design-making, develop talent, and create accountability across internal teams, agencies, and partners. You will represent the partnership with senior Microsoft and partner executives and communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, learnings, and business outcomes with precision.

This candidate will be an enterprise-minded leader who can shape a multi-year vision, influence executives without direct authority, and mobilize cross-functional teams to delivery technology-enabled experiences. You will bring sufficient technical depth to engage credibility with product and engineering leaders, convert partner challenges into clear solution opportunities, and ensure every activation demonstrates meaningful use of Microsoft technology rather than sponsorship visibility alone.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.
