At Huge, the Strategy craft is a multidisciplinary engine powered by elite strategists, product managers, marketing specialists, and insights experts. We sit at the intersection of business intelligence and innovation—unraveling complex business challenges to architect actionable, durable strategies that propel our clients forward. Moving beyond static decks and traditional consulting deliverables, our team directly bridges the gap between high-level management consulting and groundbreaking, transformational execution.

Our approach melds product and digital experience strategy with corporate growth, data consulting, and brand innovation. We cultivate deeply collaborative, C-level client partnerships that culminate in outsized success and market transformation. At Huge, our mandate is to ensure that creative innovation and product execution are unshakably grounded in research, delivering tangible commercial value while keeping our clients ahead of rapidly shifting market dynamics.

The role.

This position is for a big picture thinker to shape, position and activate world class brands to drive growth. Someone who can deliver business transforming brand strategy and positioning, as easily as they can bring it to life in creative or experience strategy. But Huge is focused on client outcomes over project outputs, so the real work is helping clients understand their paths to growth, figuring out the work the brand needs to do to get them there, and taking them there through whatever mixture of campaigns, products, experiences promises the greatest success. Your previous experience and formal training will matter, but you’ll find yourself leaning heavily on vision, thought leadership and creativity as well.

You will lead client and strategy teams and be a partner to CMO clients and to creative department peers.

Externally you will focus on building deeper strategic client partnerships, growing potential partnerships through creative solutions and helping clients understand the work their brand needs to do in order for them to succeed. Internally you will help make better strategies and better strategists through managing and coaching. And you will build relationships across disciplines - including data, creative, technology and product - to inform holistic strategies, launch bigger ideas and enjoy more satisfying collaborative work.

What you’ll be doing.

Shaping growth trajectories and strategic visions for brands, through audience understanding, landscape analyses, cultural awareness and creative ideation.

  • A solid ability to both direct and get hands on with core brand strategy practices (definition, architecture, naming, etc.); while also being able to move that work into campaigns, product directions and new innovations.
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams to shape and build strategic brand directions.
  • Defining the opportunities, insights, and frameworks for creative partners to act on that deliver commercial impact to clients.
  • Building and shaping internal processes that facilitate efficient and effective strategy development.
  • Developing clear points of view on relevant topics that inform strategy development, clients’ thinking and thought leadership.
  • Leading the development of strategies and coaching other strategists in the same.
  • Managing a team of business, brand and creative strategists.
 What we’d like to see.
  • 8+ years of experience driving brand strategy and creative work across  traditional, digital, AI and experiential environments.
  • Experience developing brand strategy that informs a broad ecosystem - including campaigns, messaging and employee engagement, organizational alignment as well as content and product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and apply brand thinking to diverse opportunities and channels.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with and persuading senior client leadership.

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico and Hawaii, USA.
