Overview
The Corporate Treasury team is looking for a Director of Treasury Product Strategy & Enablement to define, analyze and implement Treasury functionalities required to support new products and services leveraging digital assets technology. The role requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this position, you will:• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic leader from Treasury for network enablement of digital assets and blockchain technologies• Partner with the Digital Assets product team as single point of contact from Treasury to support development of new products and deliver strategic recommendations to executive management and key stakeholders• Lead the analysis and development of the business requirements for trading and settlement of digital assets• Lead activities to find and implement service providers who can deliver best-in-class solutions and capabilities related to digital assets such as trading, settlement, custody, etc.• Manage relationships with external parties including banks, digital currency settlement agents, and trading institutions • Conduct thorough analysis to assess the financial, operational, customer, and system impacts and requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should:• Bachelor's degree in business or finance• Payments industry background preferred• Hands on experience with developing products and services related to digital assets such as crypto custody, settlement and token issuance a plus• Product management experience with a record of success in managing multiple projects• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks and impacts• Ability to conduct thorough analysis and present strategic recommendations to executive management• Outstanding leadership qualities such as effective delegation, organizational skills, thought leadership, and influence
