Where You'd Be Joining Us

We've built three hubs, each with its own character, and we're growing in all of them:

• Vancouver, BC — where much of the platform, tools, and technology behind Lantern's care experience gets built, by people who care as much about craft as they do about the mission.
• Dallas, TX — home to our Care Advocates and a wide range of operations, clinical support, and business functions. This is often where our members' experience of Lantern is most directly shaped, day to day.
• New York, NY — our third hub, with teams spanning multiple functions across the business.

Whether your path is technical, clinical, operational, or something that doesn't fit neatly into a category — if you're drawn to work where the outcome is someone getting better care, we want to hear your story.

Across roles and hubs, the people who thrive at Lantern tend to share a few things in common:

• A genuine care for the people on the other end of the work, even when that person is a few steps removed
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward figuring things out rather than waiting for perfect clarity
• High personal standards, paired with the humility to ask for help and the generosity to give it
• Curiosity about healthcare, technology, or both — and a willingness to learn the parts you don't know yet
