This role is for a combined submission of any two roles we have open, such as an Engineer plus Customer Strategist who've built incredible things for customers together, an Operations Strategist plus a rock-star Recruiter who can scale a business faster than either one independently, or even two Engineers who, when paired together, make amazing things.

We'll interview you at the same pace, including some interviews together, and give you each an offer at the same time. You're also welcome to apply to the roles independently.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise building and scaling software capabilities for end-customers together

• Fast iteration cycles, high-impact, and strong communication skills

• Ability to work as a team and also independently with other customer-facing roles

• Individuals who are independently in the top 10% of their function and, when your powers are combined, in the top 1% of impact at your current company

• Clearance strongly preferred for customer-facing roles (Customer Strategist and Full Stack Engineer)
