Pacha New York is a large-scale music and nightlife venue
located in Brooklyn, presenting global electronic artists, live performances,

community-focused programming to create a leading destination for music and
entertainment in New York City.
Position Overview
Pacha New York is seeking an experienced and commercially
driven E-Commerce Manager to own and optimise digital marketing performance
across ticket sales, audience acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is
responsible for translating brand, programming, and cultural moments into
high-performing digital campaigns within a fast-paced nightlife and live events
environment.
The E-Commerce Manager will lead performance marketing
strategy and execution, manage significant digital budgets, and drive
measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end digital marketing performance for
Pacha New York, with full accountability for ticket sales, revenue, ROAS, and
CPA.
- Develop, execute, and optimise performance
marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media
platforms.
- Plan and manage large monthly digital marketing
budgets, continuously testing and optimising creatives, audiences, and formats.
- Lead digital campaigns for artist announcements,
residencies, seasonal programming, and high-velocity ticket drops.
- Oversee website performance, conversion
optimisation, and the end-to-end digital ticketing journey.
- Manage data, tracking, and platform integrations,
ensuring accurate analytics, attribution, and reporting.
- Monitor daily performance and deliver clear
insights and reporting to local leadership and global HQ.
- Collaborate closely with Programming, Marketing,
PR, Creative, and global teams to align campaigns with brand and commercial
priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or
e-commerce roles.
- Proven experience within entertainment, nightlife,
live events, music, or ticketed experiences.
- Strong hands-on expertise in paid media and
performance marketing, with a track record of driving commercial results.
- Experience managing significant budgets with clear
performance accountability.
- Solid understanding of websites, analytics,
tracking, and platform integrations.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially
focused.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure
event environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
skills.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours,
including evenings, weekends, and peak event periods.

Eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits

Salary Range: USD 110,000 – 120,000 per year
(Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal
equity)
