Our Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) team is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support the creation of marketing and business development materials. This role offers hands-on experience working on high-impact commercial real estate transactions, with direct exposure to deal marketing, branding, and client-facing deliverables.
The intern will work directly with our embedded graphic designer. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and production of Offering Memorandums (OMs), qualifications books, and pitch materials
Create branded marketing graphics, including LinkedIn announcements and digital assets for deal promotion
Support ongoing business development efforts through visually compelling presentations and materials
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency with brand standards and quick turnaround on deliverables
Help maintain a logo library of commonly used logos and support the upkeep of other graphic and image repositories.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required); familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite is a plus
Meticulous attention to detail and layout/design skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with a high sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Permanent US work authorization required.
We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
Duration: 6-Month Internship
Schedule: 30 hours per week – On Site
Estimated Comp for role:
$25.00 per hour

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
