The Paytronix Regional Sales Team Lead’s role is to manage and lead a team of sales representatives who sell Paytronix solutions into the restaurant and convenience store industry in the US and Canada. The primary focus is to meet and exceed all sales goals against an assigned quota. This includes taking a holistic look at an account, identifying ways to help the team maximize/execute against sales strategy, traveling to meet with customers, active coaching of sales representatives, managing accurate forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership. You will need to be able to work with sales, technical, finance and marketing people with a general understanding of each point of view.

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

• Leading a team of direct salespeople to exceed sales quota goals

• Setting sales strategy to win new business • Identifying opportunities to expand adoption of products and services

• Managing and executing a sales pipeline/forecast

• Conducting customer facing presentations utilizing effective selling methods

• Working closely with multiple departments within Paytronix • Identifying “at risk” customers and coordinating resources to resolve issues

• Driving the sales team on weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals

The kind of experience you’ll need:

• Minimum of 7 years sales management experience in software sales

• Proven track record of consistent sales quota over achievement

• Experience in a high volume fast paced sales environment

• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in a sales function

• Ability to handle customer engagements in a manner that is concise, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive

• Ability to understand the ever-evolving competitive landscape in order to pre-empt competitive threats and sell against competitive products.

Experience selling SaaS to Marketing in a complex technical ecosystem

• Excellent presentation skills to the C-Suite

The extra stuff that would be nice:

• Knowledge of the Sandler Selling System

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com

• Experience in the restaurant or convenience store industry

• Professional verbal and written communication.

Compensation: $170k-$180k base + $100k commission
