Job Overview

The Senior, Email Marketing Analyst will work with all analyst levels & the manager for email marketing, evaluating performance of total email program while simultaneously providing actionable recommendations. The Senior Analyst will also support the management of assets and quality assurance of select email marketing campaigns, ensuring impeccable delivery & execution of marketing messages. This individual must partner with cross functional teams including Merchandise Marketing, Site Merchandising, and Creative to develop email campaigns. The email marketing program is one of the most important channels within the interactive space and organization and drive to become a channel expert are paramount. The Senior Email Marketing Analyst must be able to work under pressure, have an entrepreneurial spirit, be attentive to detail, have strong organizational skills & the ability to partner with multiple teams.

Essential Functions

  • Plan, execute, and analyze individual email campaigns for selected areas by consolidating and delivering assets in a timely manner ensuring accuracy in creative content, links, and copy
  • Own the monthly scorecard by reporting email performance and providing strategic and actionable next steps 
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/campaign performance and share findings with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement quarterly testing plan focusing on all aspects – from idea generation, execution, and performance
  • Participate in strategy sessions & coordinate next steps & follow ups related to customer journeys, triggers, and other initiatives 
  • Manage external vendor relationships inclusive of strategy ideation, takeaways and implementation plans 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to plan and execute new initiatives, as well as troubleshoot existing processes

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of data visualization concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
  • This role involves performing essential job functions such as communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems. Responsibilities include the ability to access and review written and electronic information, and to move within the work environment and interact with workplace materials as needed to carry out job responsibilities.
