About the Role
TeamFicient is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to establish a reliable email marketing operation — domain setup and warming, deliverability, CRM integration, and AI-assisted campaign strategy and optimization. This is a solo, fixed-scope engagement: you own execution end to end, with IT touchpoints and management check-ins only as needed. You'll submit your own RFQ (proposed approach, timeline, hours, and cost) as part of the process.

Core Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Deliverability

  • Review current domain/sending infrastructure and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

  • Develop and manage a domain/email warming plan

Campaigns & Strategy

  • Build campaign and automation workflows integrated with CRM lead stages

  • Develop AI-assisted segmentation, messaging, and personalization

Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor deliverability, engagement, and spam indicators, and continuously optimize

Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves

  • Proven email deliverability/domain-reputation management experience

  • Hands-on experience with a campaign/automation platform and CRM integration

  • Experience using AI tools for email strategy or content

Good to Haves

  • Experience warming cold domains from scratch

  • Background in marketing automation platforms beyond email
