JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Associate to help build and drive the strategy for our Emerging Affluent segment-a high-potential group representing millions of customers. In this highly visible role, you will help redefine how Chase acquires, engages, and deepens relationships with customers whose affluence is on the rise, positioning us to capture a greater share of their expanding wealth.
As a Product Manager within the Emerging Affluent segment team, you will support promoting the end-to-end development of this segment, from refining key metrics and definitions to shaping the strategic direction for new product promotions, acquisition testing, and omni-channel experiences. Leveraging customer research and data-driven insights, you will identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, and recommend solutions that foster engagement and satisfaction.
You will partner across lines of business and with teams in product, marketing, analytics, technology, risk, and compliance to align strategies, share insights, and inform future roadmaps. With direct exposure to senior executives, your impact will be central to Chase's growth agenda and the future of our affluent banking strategy.

Job Responsibilities
- Optimize segment definition and metrics to better target Emerging Affluent customers
- Guide the approach for customer research to inform product development
- Support testing of new acquisition strategies and explore promotional features to drive engagement
- Influence improvements to digital and omni-channel experiences by leveraging NPS and complaint insights
- Align cross-functional and cross line of business stakeholders on priorities and execution
- Track competitor activity and market trends to inform recommendations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 4 years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or a relevant domain, ideally in financial services or consumer
- Demonstrated success in building and launching new products, segments, or initiatives in a matrixed, high-visibility environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and driving consensus across diverse teams
- Experience with customer research, segmentation, and data-driven decision making
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action-able to operate effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Passion for customer-centric innovation and a drive for results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in affluent or emerging affluent customer segments, retail banking, wealth management, or related fields
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
