  • Onsite Requirement: 4 days per week
  • Must live within 50 miles of the office or self-relocate

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Universal Customer Premise Equipment and updating inventory management with IP assignments and CLLI codes for network services
  • Provisioning and configuring network services on the SDN platform, including Firewall, NAT/PAT, QoS, and BGP among others
  • Creating complete Bill of Materials for site hardware, ensuring compatibility with service configurations to fulfill customer requirements
  • Collaborating with Customer Project Managers to provide technical guidance and configurations during the Service Delivery process for IP network technologies
  • Conducting tests and commissioning new uCPE and Wireless Backup circuits, documenting results and ensuring production environment readiness
  • Recommending improvements to practices and procedures based on field experience and technical expertise in network service delivery
  • Troubleshooting complex IP networking and security issues, employing expert knowledge to resolve problems and optimize network performance
  • Engaging with customers to educate them on service functionalities, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction with provided solutions
  • Analyzing and implementing test and acceptance criteria for network elements, ensuring adherence to performance and quality standards
  • Coordinating with Engineering and Product Development teams to assess technical requirements, support operations, and contribute to product evolution
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:
Colorado Pay Range: $77,757.08 - $116,635.62
Additional Range: This job can be performed in Illinois, and New Jersey with a Pay Range of $70,688.25 - $116,635.62
