What You’ll Do at OnePlan
Engagement Managers at OnePlan play a central role in guiding our clients through successful solution delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that projects are well planned, risks are managed, and outcomes align with business goals. This role combines project leadership, client management, and collaboration with sales and technical teams to ensure long-term client success. 

Your day to day will include:
  • Acting as the main contact for customers and managing day-to-day interactions
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules with milestones and tasks
  • Providing weekly project status reports and updates to clients
  • Managing budgets, project scope, and change requests, including estimates and change orders
  • Leading business strategy workshops and producing phased roadmaps based on client needs
  • Guiding sprint grooming, requirements gathering, and user story development
  • Supporting Solution Consultants with requirement documentation, process flows, and configuration specifications
  • Participating in discovery sessions to understand client objectives and system needs
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects and Consultants to design solutions that meet client requirements
  • Leading or supporting end-user training and adoption activities

Our Ideal Fit
  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms such as OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, Clarity PPM, Planview, or Smartsheet, in a SaaS or consulting environment
  • Proven project management experience, preferably at the enterprise level
  • Strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills
  • Excellent MS Office and Microsoft product knowledge
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies with a technical and analytical mindset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused with a consultative approach
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus points if you have
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications
  • Microsoft Certified Professional credential
  • Experience with tools such as Visio, MS Project, and relational databases
  • Business process redesign or consulting experience
  • Systems implementation background, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and change management
