This role is product and platform-focused. You'll drive engineering excellence, establish standards and practices, and build the systems that make our delivery teams successful. • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations

  • Make hiring decisions and participate in technical interviews

  • Build a high-trust, high-performance engineering culture

About You
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in engineering management

  • Strong technical background in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems

  • Experience building platforms, developer tools, or internal infrastructure

  • Deep understanding of modern software architecture, CI/CD, and engineering best practices

  • Experience establishing and implementing AI best practices

  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Track record of shipping high-quality software and improving engineering velocity

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams

Success in This Role Looks Like
  • Platform capabilities accelerate delivery team velocity measurably

  • Engineering and AI standards and practices improve across the organization

  • Engineering team is productive, engaged, and growing
