What You Will Own
  • Own a new-logo and expansion quota generated through and alongside strategic alliance partners — the Big 4 and global systems integrators (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, and similar).

  • Build and manage joint go-to-market relationships with partner practice leads, driving co-selling motions into global banks, PE firms, and asset managers.

  • Recruit, enable, and activate partner sales and delivery teams on Rogo's value proposition and use cases.

  • Build C-suite relationships within both partner firms and end clients, mapping complex orgs and multi-threading deals across both.

  • Lead rigorous discovery and run proofs of value tied to clear business outcomes, in partnership with alliance teams.

  • Construct executive-ready business cases and navigate security, compliance, and legal reviews.

  • Drive deals from partner-sourced pipeline to multi-year enterprise license agreements, then partner with Post-Sales to ensure successful roll-outs and upsells.

  • Consistently deliver ARR targets sourced through and influenced by alliance partners while feeding product and GTM teams with customer and partner insights.

What You Will Need

5+ years closing complex SaaS deals, with at least 2 years specifically building or managing alliance/channel relationships with a Big 4 firm or global systems integrator.

  • Track record of hitting $1M+ quotas using frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.

  • Existing relationships within advisory/consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, or similar) at the practice-lead or partner level.

  • Ability to translate advanced AI concepts into board-level ROI narratives for both partner and end-client audiences.

  • Obsession with pipeline generation and disciplined deal execution across a multi-party sales motion.

  • Startup mindset—autonomous, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, hungry to win.

Bonus
  • Experience selling to investment banks, PE, or capital-markets teams.

  • Familiarity with LLMs, data-privacy standards, and enterprise infosec reviews.

  • Experience co-building joint solutions, accelerators, or practices with a consulting partner.

Who You Are
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
